Online YOGA competition 2020
Rules

The competition is open to all individuals as well as any institutions.

Participants are requested to make a yoga video of their four (4) compulsory asanas and
1 choice asana according to their age groups.

Yoga asanas video time limit is 2 minutes

The video must be sent to the Whatsapp number or Email-ID given below.

Entry fees 100/-(PerHead)

The decision of the judges will be final and binding.

The title contest for the players of the championship is only for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd
position holders of each group (boys and girls) will compete for the “ GURUKUL YOGA SUNDAR 2020” and “ GURUKUL YOGA SUNDARI 2020” and only first position holders of each group will compete for Champion of Champions round “GURUKUL YOGA BHASKAR 2020”. The video time limit for these rounds is 3 minutes.

For GURUKUL YOGA “SUNDAR” and “SUNDARI” - 2020, 5 asanas(own choice but 1 each should from the category of front bending, back bending, twisting, hand balancing and leg balancing asanas. Preference to be given as per the grade of difficulty.

For “GURUKUL YOGA BHASKAR 2020” 5 asanas (own choice preferably asanas in series.
Should maintain the continuity from the initial posture. Preference to be given as per
the grade of difficulty.)

1st – 6th place holders will be given attractive prize money and certificate

The date of sending your video is from 14th - 25th JUNE, 2020.
